Talent Coordinator

Gabrielle Young is an experienced social media marketing professional with a strong background in the creative industries. Beginning her career as a professional dancer, Gabrielle transitioned into the world of digital media, working at a leading talent management agency where she oversaw campaign management for some of the industry’s top influencers.


Now Talent Coordinator at Dopamine Studios, Gabrielle specialises in talent management, campaign coordination, and production support. Her strengths lie in her exceptional organisational skills, industry insight, and ability to foster meaningful relationships across the entertainment and content creation landscape. Known for her eye for detail, creative flair, and problem-solving mindset, Gabrielle is passionate about delivering polished, high-impact work across every project she leads.

JAMIE BRENNER

Head of Broadcast

Jamie is deeply passionate about talent management, focusing on nurturing and accelerating the careers of the people he works with. He has played a key role in securing career-elevating opportunities across TV, radio, and long-term brand partnerships.

Jamie is highly skilled at creating detailed strategies that outline the essential steps needed to build successful careers within the broadcast, entertainment, and creator industries.

Starting his career working with actors, Jamie later transitioned into managing some of the UK's most beloved TV presenters.

His growing interest in the creator economy led him to expand his focus to include all these industries, where he now concentrates on building personal brands, securing impactful opportunities, and fostering long-term career development.


JESSICA EADES

Executive Assistant

Jessica is an Executive Assistant with over 14 years of experience in the fashion, luxury, creative, and media industries. She has supported CEOs and founders across both startups and established brands, offering a unique blend of organisational expertise and creative insight.

Jessica has managed complex schedules, travel, and events, working closely with HNWIs, VIPs, and talent, while building strong networks within the fashion, luxury, and PR sectors.

Currently, Jessica supports Melanie Kentish and the wider team at Dopamine Studios, overseeing office operations and focusing on talent management, events, and campaigns.


LORNA COLWILL

Senior Talent Manager

After graduating with BA Hons in English Literature, Lorna embarked on her career in talent management. In this time she has progressed from assisting at a literary agency to managing the careers of household UK talent, to global success. 


Lorna enjoys cultivating ideas with her roster and has spearheaded new projects for the likes of Channel 4, ITN, A+E Productions and Dear Media, for both TV and podcast opportunities. 

She regularly brokers partnerships with global brands for her talent, specialising in food, beauty, lifestyle and travel. 

Across her roster, Lorna takes a 360 management approach to foster her clients’ growth in traditional and digital media together. 


When she’s not working, Lorna can be found getting through her to be read pile, or attempting to cook a complicated recipe she saw on TikTok. 


LUCY BILLINGTON

Commercial Director

With over a decade of experience in the influencer space, Lucy has a wealth of experience overseeing the commercial side of digital and broadcast talent. Her 7 years at Gleam Futures enabled her to work across some of the industry's biggest trailblazing digital talent from the likes of Zoe Sugg, Mrs Hinch, Grace Beverley, Lissie Mackintosh, Grace Victory and Olivia Neill amongst many others.


Over the years Lucy has been instrumental in the relationships with top-performing clients including Sky, Waitrose, Samsung, L'Oréal and John Lewis, which has led to not only to best performing partnerships but also the widest spanning 360 partnerships crossing over digital, OOH, live, print and press. 

Lucy leads the business to grow commercially through brand partnerships deals that span beyond social first content working closely with both brands and agencies with the end goal of creating long-term partnerships, high engagement and ROI for brands alongside key talent. Lucy continues to champion out of the box thinking within the industry, navigating the ever-changing digital landscape, ensuring talent are compensated fairly across the board and partnerships continue to diversify.


MELANIE KENTISH

Founder & CEO

With over 18 years of experience in the entertainment and digital industries, Melanie Kentish has established herself as a leading force in talent management. Having worked with some of the biggest entertainment brands - including ITV, Sky, Netflix, and the BBC - Melanie has a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and how to help creators thrive within it.


As the driving force behind the ITV Ambassador Programme, Melanie connects influential talent with meaningful brand partnerships. She has also been recognised for her expertise, sitting on the judging panel for the bCreator Awards and winning the prestigious Serious Influence Award for her impact on the industry.


Having founded Dopamine Studios, her focus is on talent management and IP development, helping creators build brands, businesses, and legacies beyond their social feeds. Passionate about purpose-led work, Melanie believes in empowering talent to create long-term success that extends far beyond fleeting digital trends.


NATASHA HARRIS

Head of Influencer Marketing

With over a decade of experience in PR, Social, and Creator/Influencer Marketing, Tasha has been part of the influencer marketing industry since its early days. She quickly recognised her passion for the space and its immense potential. Tasha has worked in-house for leading brands such as Tom Ford Beauty, bareMinerals, Sainsbury's, The Fragrance Shop, and most recently, Sky, where she led the team for over 4 years. Notable campaigns include the award-winning Sky Glass TV, where she managed and built creator brand families ranging from 50 to 300 influencers.


With expertise across creator marketing, Tasha has led campaigns spanning brand collaborations, paid boosting, social ads, organic social, OOH, and more, maximising the impact of creators in various brand initiatives.



Tasha is excited to lead on ITV, bringing her wealth of experience to the team and continuing to push the boundaries of creator marketing. We're now expanding and open to working with new brands. 


NICK EVERARD

Talent Manager

Nick Everard is an experienced television producer, with five years experience in Australian daytime TV production. Formerly the Guest Booker for Australia’s number one breakfast and morning television programs, Nick has worked closely with some of the biggest names in showbiz, including Brooke Sheilds, Matthew McConaughy, Paris Hilton, Rebel Wilson and Kylie Minogue, just to name a few. 


After moving to London, Nick joined Dopamine Studios as the Talent Coordinator. Nick specialises in discovering and managing talent, fostering industry connections, and ensuring seamless production and content creation processes. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for all things entertainment, Nick brings his signature creativity to every project.


SAMANTHA MISHON

Senior Talent Manager

Passionate about innovation in the creator economy, Samantha specialises in representing digital-first creators, helping them expand their platforms and build their presence both online and offline. Her expertise spans multiple areas, from securing brand partnerships to developing long-term growth strategies that elevate talent beyond social media.



Throughout Samantha’s career, she has worked across bestselling book deals, product development and podcasts as well as having led social media strategy for one of the UK’s top podcast duos, driving engagement and audience growth.
